Despite the uncertain historical period, we managed to generate more than EUR 2 million in fresh turnover through exports for a plastics moulding company. This plastic mould design and construction company works mainly with the automotive sector. In one of the worst times for the sector, in 2009, this medium-sized company approached us to expand its German market. Thanks to our experience and an effective presentation of their strengths, we were able to secure several orders from Tier-1 players in Germany.

In order to pitch a medium-sized company to a select list of important decision-makers, we needed to show why this company stands out. We therefore identified the company's strengths, such as product quality, flexibility and speed of execution.
Step 2
Coaching provided to a resource of the partner company
The company had a valuable resource in-house. We trained and coached him to achieve the set goals. However, the resource did not know German, so we interfaced with the company, eliminated the language barrier and overcame this obstacle. We then proposed our partner to selected Tier-1 companies in Germany.
Step 3
Assistance in making each order a success
We then accompanied the internal resource throughout the entire order processing, including design. In this way, we were to procure more than EUR 2 million in new turnover for the customer from Germany alone.
