We would like to inform you that the provision of your email address, provided during registration to the newsletter, is optional but a refusal determines the inability to use the Service. The legal basis for the processing in question is Art. 6 para. 1 letter A of the GDPR. The data will be retained for the duration of your subscription to the Service; cancellation will take place following the completion of the procedure contained in any communication received or in the event of a specific request sent to the Data Controller. Without your consent, your data will not be communicated to third parties, with the exception of the technical partners who enable the newsletter service to be provided (IT companies). In any case, your data will not be shared or transferred outside the EU.

The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) whom you may contact to assert your rights as provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16.
