Information on personal data processing - art. 13 reg. 679/16

The personal data collected on this site and any other information associated with you, directly or indirectly, is processed and used in accordance with the principles set out in Regulation 679/16.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulation, the DATA CONTROLLER hereby informs you that any data acquired through the website will be processed using mainly computerised tools and procedures, for the following purposes:

  • to respond to the questions you have asked;
  • to keep a database of frequently asked questions, proposals, communications
  • to subscribe you to our newsletter;
  • technical management of browsing (see also the section "Processing Cookies").

Providing the data is obligatory. Failure to provide even part of the data expressly indicated as necessary for the pursuit of the purposes will make it impossible for MORODER PLACE SRL to respond to your requests. The legal basis for processing is provided by Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter B of Reg. 679/16, i.e. processing is necessary for the performance of a contract between the data subject and the controller or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request.

The data you provide may be known only by employees of MORODER PLACE SRL specifically authorised to process such data as data processors, and in any case for the sole purpose of performing the activities you have requested. The employees in charge are also bound to secrecy and confidentiality on the basis of specific internal regulations. In any case, the data will never be disclosed to third parties.

The data you provide will be stored for the time prescribed by laws and regulations.

The Data Controller is MORODER PLACE SRL in the person of its legal representative, whom you may contact to assert the rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16. Rights may also be asserted against the Data Protection Officer if the Data Controller has assigned one, by writing to the email address: m.moroder@moroderconsulting.com.

Exercising of the aforementioned rights is subject to the limits, rules and procedures set out in the aforementioned rules and regulations, which you must be aware of and apply. In accordance with the provisions of Article 12(3), moreover, the Data Controller shall provide the data subject with information on the action taken without undue delay and, in any event, no later than one month after having received the request. This deadline may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. The Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of such extension, and of the reasons for the delay, within one month of receiving the request.

Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service. They are not used for any other purposes, and are installed during normal browsing activities on our pages. While browsing a website, the user may also receive cookies from different websites or web servers on his/her terminal (so-called "third-party" cookies); this happens because on the website visited there may be elements such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains that reside on servers other than the one on which the requested page is located. MORODER PLACE SRL uses third-party cookies, in particular cookies released by Google Analytics services (used by Google to collect and then provide information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site). The information generated by the cookie on the use of the website is transmitted to Google Inc. Third-party cookies from Facebook, Twitter and YouTube may also be used on the website, which are not present on the website's servers and are therefore not sent to the user's terminal equipment by the latter. These cookies are activated if the user clicks on the FB, TW or YT icon, or enters the respective social network sites, or uses their services in API.
