Step 1
Contact with targeted decision-makers
We identified the German market as suitable for our client's needs. We started by contacting possible target customers in Austria and Germany, and soon established direct contact with the Technical and Purchasing Director of a world-leading company in the production of gas engines.
Step 2
Creation of a tailor-made project
An internal figure from Moroder Consulting assisted the client as an experienced industry expert in presenting the company to prospects, emphasising its strengths and Unique Selling Proposition. We then developed an ad hoc project not only on casting, but also on machining, for a large company in the German area interested in the finished product.
Step 3
Opening new business areas
To meet the demands of this important international prospect we supported our customer in the development and technological renewal of its company, which led it to open new areas of business.
Step 4
1 million euros in new orders
The co-design process lasted one year. Today, our client can count on an order worth almost 1 million euros, which we expect to grow to 2.5 million in a short time.

Our client is now the project leader of a group of companies united to fulfil this large order.

Expanding its business abroad has allowed our customer to create a new division dedicated to mechanical machining. But that's not all. In order to guarantee the quality and delivery of the order, this foundry in Emilia Romagna created a network of companies in Northern Italy, thanks to our contribution. As their project leader, the company generated a turnover of more than one million euros.
