Privacy notice for candidates pursuant to Art. 13 Reg. 679/16 (GDPR)

Dear Candidate,

we hereby provide you with some information regarding the processing carried out by our Company when analysing your Curriculum Vitae (CV).

The Data Controller is MORODER PLACE SRL, headquartered in Viale Trento, 4 - 33170 Pordenone. The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) whom you may contact for any privacy-related issues. The DPO's details can be easily found on the Data Controller's website.

Purpose of Processing

The collection and processing of information concerning you is carried out by sending your personal data directly by filling in the appropriate form on the Website and attaching files containing Curriculum Vitae or other documents. Only following subsequent direct contact, the database may be supplemented with further information on your skills, abilities, preferences or other data in addition to that collected through the site. It is specified that the information provided through the site, unless specifically indicated to the contrary, must not contain any sensitive personal data pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR (personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, data concerning a person's health or sexual life or sexual orientation, data relating to criminal convictions and offences). In any case, the company will process your CV and the data contained therein in order to assess your skills, the studies you have completed, any qualifications you have obtained, and more generally to assess your suitability for employment/collaboration and your inclusion within its staff. Your CV will also be included in a paper or computer database in order to be able to contact you at a later date should the Company consider your profile to be of interest.

The legal basis for carrying out the processing described above is Article 6(1)(B), i.e. it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Kindly be informed you that your CV and the data contained therein will not be transferred to non-EU countries and will be kept for 2 years from the date of delivery. They may become known by the following categories of subjects:

  • IT companies: for purposes of management, maintenance, updating of systems and software used by the Data Controller;
  • Providers of networks, electronic communication services and computer and telematic services for the storage, preservation and computer management of data: for the purposes of hosting, housing, cloud, SaaS and other remote computer services indispensable to deliver the Controller's activities;
  • Consultants, Professionals, Law Firms, arbitrators, insurance companies, experts, brokers: for the management of labour, tax, welfare, contribution and salary matters. For judicial, extrajudicial and insurance activities in the event of claims;
  • Other subjects provided for by law.

You are entitled to the rights set out in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16. More information on the content and methods of exercising these rights is available on the Data Controller's website.
